What we move

What we don't do
We move and place appliances but don't handle plumbing, gas line, or electrical disconnection/reconnection — that's licensed plumber or electrician territory. Have those disconnected before we arrive and reconnected after, unless your appliance simply unplugs and has a standard water line shutoff you're comfortable with.
Refrigerator tilt and timing
Modern refrigerators generally shouldn't be tilted more than about 45 degrees and need to sit upright for a few hours before being plugged back in if they were tilted further — we handle this correctly rather than rushing it.

Do you disconnect the water line or gas line for me?+
No — that's licensed plumber or electrician work. Please have gas lines and hardwired connections disconnected before we arrive; a simple water line to a fridge is often manageable, but let us know your setup ahead of time.
Can a refrigerator be laid on its side to move it?+
We avoid laying it flat and keep tilting to a safe range — most modern refrigerators shouldn't tip past about 45 degrees, and need time upright before being plugged in again if they were tilted more.
Do you move gas ranges and dryers?+
Yes, once safely disconnected from the gas line by a qualified professional — we handle the moving and placement from there.
Can you haul away my old appliance?+

Do you bring your own moving equipment, like dollies?+
Yes — every crew brings furniture dollies, hand trucks, and moving straps as standard equipment. You don't need to provide or rent anything.
Do you provide floor runners or floor protection in the house?+
Yes — floor runners and protective coverings are standard on every move, especially for hardwood, tile, and carpeted stairs. It's not an upcharge or something you need to request separately.
Do you protect the furniture with moving pads?+
Yes — furniture is wrapped in moving pads and blankets before it's loaded, to protect it from scuffs and damage in transit. This is standard on every move.
Do you wrap furniture in plastic or shrink wrap too?+
For upholstered furniture, mattresses, and anything that benefits from an extra layer — especially in Florida's humidity — yes, shrink wrap over the moving pads is common practice.
Will you protect doorways, corners, and railings during the move?+
Yes — door jamb protection and corner guards are part of our standard setup, especially in tighter hallways, stairwells, and apartment or condo buildings.
Do you strap items down in the truck so nothing shifts in transit?+
Yes — everything is strapped and secured in the truck before we drive, so nothing shifts, tips, or slides during transport.
