Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We hold FL Mover IM #891, USDOT 1473292, and MC 556261. We're happy to provide proof of insurance ahead of your move.
How far in advance should I book my move?+
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a local move, and four to six weeks for long-distance. If you're in a bind, ask about our last-minute movers option -- we regularly work with shorter notice.
Do you require a deposit?+
Deposit requirements, if any, depend on the booking. Confirm the current terms when you request your quote.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?+

What happens if something gets damaged during my move?+

Do you offer packing services, or just moving?+
Packing help and supplies may be available depending on the scope of your move. Ask which options are currently available when you request a quote.
How much will my move cost?+
It depends on your specific move -- size, distance, timing, access, and requested services. Request a written quote based on your move details and confirm what is included before booking.
Do you bring your own moving equipment, like dollies?+
Yes — every crew brings furniture dollies, hand trucks, and moving straps as standard equipment. You don't need to provide or rent anything.
Do you provide floor runners or floor protection in the house?+
Yes — floor runners and protective coverings are standard on every move, especially for hardwood, tile, and carpeted stairs. It's not an upcharge or something you need to request separately.
Do you protect the furniture with moving pads?+
Yes — furniture is wrapped in moving pads and blankets before it's loaded, to protect it from scuffs and damage in transit. This is standard on every move.
Do you wrap furniture in plastic or shrink wrap too?+
For upholstered furniture, mattresses, and anything that benefits from an extra layer — especially in Florida's humidity — yes, shrink wrap over the moving pads is common practice.
Will you protect doorways, corners, and railings during the move?+
Yes — door jamb protection and corner guards are part of our standard setup, especially in tighter hallways, stairwells, and apartment or condo buildings.
Do you strap items down in the truck so nothing shifts in transit?+
Yes — everything is strapped and secured in the truck before we drive, so nothing shifts, tips, or slides during transport.
